Romanian dog shelter urgently needs help!

The animal shelter or the society for the prevention of cruelty to animals SUFLETE in Valea lui Enache (135 km northwesterly from Bucharest in the administrative district of arges) was founded by Mr. Radu Petre.

Till 2006 he still acted in a company and could carry everything financially itself. However, at that time only few dogs were accommodated there.
Moreover, he looks after orphans and streets children. He has taken up some of them with himself in the house. They and two voluntary, also help him with supply of the animals.

By the new bill (PL 912, we report constantly about that), in the meantime, the number of the dogs has grown on more than 200.

Till present he has created everything without financial help from the outside.

Now, however, the responsible health authorities have given some editions which he must quickly move to him. If he does not follow to these orders, his animal home is closed.

Now in detail the following works stand in a queue:

The 400-m-long fence him his property surrounds now must be raised on 2.50 m, so that the dogs can jump not over here.

Moreover, he should provide for it that a big reservoir is established for the dirt rinsed from the kennels and sewage with the matching lines which must be emptied afterwards regularly by a company. Mr. Radu Petre has assured which he will create the attacking works with his assistants.

Because he lacks for the necessary building materials (fence, concrete, cement pipes etc.), money, the works and the time stagnate becomes scarce.

He tries to hold all possible around the animal shelter about water and has also founded in Italy for it an association.

The animal shelter is in the middle of the nature and is a wonderful place.
